To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:
- Obtain a Return Authorization number from 920-884-8000. The item(s) must be unopened and unused.
- Tighten and tape down the lids. Pack the goods securely.
- Ship via a traceable method to ensure our receipt of goods.
- Keep a record of the method and date of your return shipment in case of any transit problems. We cannot be responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us.
The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card.
Sorry, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
We can not process exchanges.

We are open 10am - 6pm CST weekdays, closed weekends and nights.

All items purchased from iconsalon8000 are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Warning: some products may be damaged in transit by extreme heat or extreme cold.
