I have purchased this product several times in the past and because I think it was from a different vendor than before, the product was different. It was not as powdery as before and was somewhat clumpy and hard to shake out of the bottle.

My hairdresser used this product on my hair and the only reason I didn't buy it was the price - $20. Instead, I went to Amazon and found it for less. It's a fine dust and you have to lift the hair and sprinkle it directly under the hair to use it most efficiently; otherwise, the dust flies around and doesn't go where you need it. It certainly does the job of managing hair, and works well the next day(s) when you don't wash your hair and need to get it looking good again. It makes the hair kind of stiff and dry to the touch but it smells fine and looks great!

I was amazed at how fast overstock contacted me about the problem. They sent replacements for my product and they were fine. I appreciate the customer service I received. I changed my rating to reflect the service I received and the quality of the product that was replaced. I have been using this product for well over a year now and have bought at salons and online. This batch I received was the wrong consistancy. It is supposed to be like a talcom powder and the bottle has consistantly been much larger than how much is actually in the bottle. The three bottles I received were filled to the rim and very light and fluffy in consistancy. The plastic shaker plugs fell out when I opened the bottle for use, they were not a tight fit. The product consistancy was so different and it wouldn't even shake out of the bottle. I am very upset!!!

I love this stuff. My hair is short and fine. After blow drying, it straightens out and doesn't have much body. Dust It makes it do what I want it to do, not what my fine, short hair would normally do. I like volume in the back and at the crown and have been back combing to achieve this affect. However, back combing can be hard on your hair and can look ratty. Dust It gives me the volume I want with little or no back combing. I also find that I can use less hair spray and gel, so my hair looks more natural. I am so glad I bought this.

I love this stuff! It works great at giving hair just the right amount of body at the roots. (don't use too much though, hair gets sticky.) I usually purchase this product at the salon because I haven't been able to find it anywhere else and pay more than twice as much as I did getting it from Amazon! Good Deal!!!
