Helped a little bitMay 24, 2010
I used this as an alternative to harsh color remover for a dark semi-permanent I put on my hair. I did as the directions stated and used heat to help penetrate the stuff more. It wasn't a miracle worker but took down the harshness of the shade a bit. Definitely a good cheap item to try before wrecking your hair with heavy chemicals.
