I began using Malibu when I noticed my hair was turning orange, due to the well water in my home (iron deposits). My hair is blonde, so the orange was very noticeable. This product literally SAVED my hair. Within a week it looked 100% better. I would recommend this product to anyone. I tried so many other (expensive) products to try and get the orange out, but nothing even came close to working!

I have horrible hard water problems and this product does what it says it will do: for the first time in months my hair is manageable and healthy without any hard water residue. I recommend getting the shampoo and quick-in product without the conditioner because those seem to be the real miracle products in this pack.

I purchased this product because we have very harse well water. I read all the reviews and everyone raved at how good it works however I have not found that it works any better than the less expensive Ion well water shampoo and conditioner that I purchased at Sallys. The fragrence of both the shampoo and conditioner is not very pleasing the conditioner is much worse than the shampoo. It doesnt leave my hair very manigable and kinda drys it out. The brassiness is still very noticable in my hair even after using this product for a month. I did find that the the weekly shampoo works pretty well but it drys your hair out really bad. I will not be buying this product again and will go with the less expensive Ion poducts that are more effective.

my hair has been dull and coarse for over a year since moving into our new house, and i thought i had tried everything until my stylist suggested this. after the first use with the activating gel, my hair felt squeaky clean and light like it had not in some time. the conditioner makes my hair soft but not heavy or greasy like most others.
