I was in a community play that was based in the 40's so, with that being said, I had to put sooo much product and spray into my hair that by day three, my hair was practically breaking off. My stylist gave me a sample of this to last for the weekend but I went ahead and bought both the shampoo and conditioner (see my other reviews). This is a fabulous product and I use it several times a week. It makes my hair feel clean and strong. Smells great too. Enjoy
