The best brush I've ever used!Apr 27, 2006

I don't know how they did it but this brush is worth every cent.
It works perfectly with the Bare Minerals system but is also an
excellent applicator for bronzer so it's doesn't become overdone. It is short and squat (kinda like a man's shaving brush) so I can even get MY HUSBAND!! to use a little bronzer so he's not so office pale white. The bristles do not fall out and I just wash mine with a little baby shampoo and let it air dry.

High hopes....but ultimately, disappointmentMay 21, 2007
By Miyun Kim After watching the DVD in the start-up kit, I was expecting a very soft, high-quality brush. Unfortunately, the very first time I used the brush, numerous hairs were falling out of the brush with each time I moved it across my face. By the time I finished buffing, my shirt and my sink were full of approximately 50+ hairs from the brush. Furthermore, the bristles were not as soft as I had hoped, especially considering the price. After a week of irritation, I went back to using Bobbi Brown brushes. Me = :(

Overpriced and NOT good qualityDec 23, 2006
By Pretty Soon to be J.D. Although you would expect this brush to be of exceptional quality (given the price, brand, and marketing), it is actually of below average quality. During one use the brush shed over five hairs, at which point I knew I would be returning it. Also, I went to Target and found a similar brush for $3.99 that was just as soft and shed much less. I recommend that you consider alternatives before investing in this overpriced and average brush.

WORST BRUSH EVERNov 19, 2006
By Tracey M. Allen The Bare Escentuals Kabuki brush is rough and scratches your face. MAC's 182, though pricey, is really soft and wonderful. This one sheds like crazy and was an utter disappointment.

The best and last brush you will ever buy!Apr 11, 2006

The brushes for Bare Escentuals products are outstanding. They are feather soft, and help you apply your Bare Minerals foundation and Mineral Veil flawlessly using very little product. I have had my brush for at least 3 years now, and I wash it with just a drop of regular shampoo in my sink about once every month or so...air dry and it's good as new. It is NOT bristly at all, is soft as feathers....very easy to use, and very very effective. It is a MUST HAVE for Bare Minerals users! Well worth the $ to have a good brush, as it will save you money in the end (uses less product).
