 Best product for my hairMay 08, 2009

I have fine hair with very loose curls, and finding a good product has been incredibly difficult because curly hair usually is coarse or at least not baby-fine, and most curly-haired people have smaller or tighter curls than I -- most products aren't designed for my less-common hair type. This is unquestionably the best product I've ever used (and in 25 years of salon-going and drugstore shopping, I've tried A LOT of products).
The Alterna Glaze is light (doesn't weigh down my hair) and moisturizing; my hair feels silky but not at all gunked up -- it feels as though I have no product in my hair. It gives me good curl definition with zero stiffness, and when I blow my hair straight, the Glaze makes it shiny and silky. Also, it eliminates frizz, which is a problem in my humid climate. A former coworker who has slightly coarser curly hair also swears by the Glaze. I recommend it wholeheartedly and am ready to try other Alterna products.

I have used this after washing my naturally curly hair for at least 5 years. It's not the cheapest on the market - I usually pay about $19 for 5.1 oz. I've tried many other products and end up giving them away and just spending the money on this. I'm lazy and don't like to fuss with my hair so I just put about 1/2 TB of this in and hand comb my hair and it's great for a couple of days. Not sticky or heavy and it makes my curls look full of life and totally fuzzy free.
I'm not too loyal to many products but this one has me as a long term customer.

This product is better than ANY gell or mouse that I have ever used. This adds texture to my hair without harsh chemicals. The positive side of it is the support of growing hemp which is good for so many things. This hemp is NOT the kind used for recreational drug use but rather used for safe strong ropes, paper, natural products, food and fuel! If more Americans DEMANDED to right to once again grow and manufacture products using hemp the world would be better off. But for now I am thankful that I can purchase this superior product at a low price. Go Amazon!

This is the BEST curl definer I've ever used! I've tried high end brands, medium, and discount products, but this works the best. I have lots of hair so I had to play around with the amount, but after that, it's been lustrous curls since. I can even air dry and not get frizzies! Your curls look healthier and my husband says my hair is soft too.... no build up. The "pump" just adds to my convenience, now I want pumps in all my bottles.

This item works well for just about ne one it doesn't have the alcohol in it, it helps with the frizz and relaxes your hair I would recommend buying this item. This is the only item that I have found that work great for me.
